Commercial Properties

Commercial Property Directory

Every commercial property page we publish, in one list. Offices and retail units, in alphabetical order, each one a direct link to the unit’s own page. The retail and office hubs carry the same listings as cards, with images and availability. This page is the plain index underneath them.

The index

Every listing we publish, on one page

204 commercial property pages, grouped by asset class and listed A to Z.

This is the plain index of the commercial property pages on this site. It is here so that nothing we publish is a page you can only find through a search engine: every listing below is one click from this list, and this list is one click from every listing.

The two hubs are the places to browse. Retail listings and office listings carry the cards, the photography, the asking prices and the availability grouping, and they are ordered newest first so the most recent releases are at the top. Use them when you are shopping. Use this page when you already know the name of the building and want to go straight to it, or when you want to see the whole set at once.

Every entry is a page written to the same structure, so two properties can be compared on the same terms rather than on whichever facts each brochure chose to lead with — nothing on a listing page is ever estimated to fill a gap.

Availability moves faster than any published page can. Treat a listing as the starting point of a conversation rather than a live inventory feed, and ask us before you build a plan around a specific unit being available at a specific price.

How to use it

How to read this commercial property directory

What is in the list, where it is concentrated, and what happens when you enquire.

This commercial property directory covers 204 pages — 58 under commercial offices and 146 under commercial retail. Offices and retail are separated by the asset class recorded against each listing rather than by anything read off its name, so a building selling both is listed under each, once for every page we publish on it. That is why a tower you know by one name can appear twice: the office floors and the ground-floor units are different assets, bought on different arithmetic, and they are priced separately.

The list follows where commercial floorspace is actually being released, and the districts named most often across these listings are JVC, JVT, Al Jaddaf, Business Bay and DLRC. The concentration matters as soon as you compare two units. A retail unit in a dense residential district is bought on footfall, catchment and the mix of operators already trading around it; an office floor is bought on the covenant of whoever will occupy it and the length of the lease. The same AED per square foot means a different thing in each case, and built-up area is the basis on which we quote it.

Each entry opens on the same facts in the same order — the price line as published, the developer, the location and the completion quarter — and then the project detail, the unit sizes and the payment terms where those were given. 64 named developers appear across the directory, so most comparisons you make here are between two different delivery records as much as between two price lines. Where a price is shown as a “from” rate, treat it as the entry point in the building rather than the rate for the floor or the frontage you will end up wanting.

Mitchell’s acts for the buyer. An enquiry that starts on one of these pages comes to us and stays with us: we confirm what is still available, get the current price and payment terms in writing, negotiate on your side of the table and see the purchase through to transfer. Tell us the budget, the intended use and the timing you are working to — here — and we will come back with what is genuinely available against it, including the buildings that never reach a public list.
