What we do
We take the mandate and run it through to close. Pricing, marketing, viewings, offers, negotiation, and the paperwork through to transfer or a signed Ejari.
The demand is already on our books. Finding offices, retail and investment stock for buyers and tenants is what we do every day, so a good part of the interest in your property is in front of us before it goes anywhere near a portal.
Where it suits you, we keep it off-market. Some owners would rather a sale was not advertised, because there is a tenant in place, a partner to speak to first, or a price they do not want published. We can approach buyers directly and quietly.
What it is worth, and what it should be asked at, depends on the building, the floor, the tenancy and what is trading nearby. Tell us what you own and we will come back to you and talk it through.
