BNW's factsheet counts 235 units: studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, plus 13 retail units. The unit plans place homes from the 1st to the 18th level. Handover is given as Q4 2029.

BNW's factsheet listed starting prices by type: AED 1.12 million for a studio, AED 1.63 million for a 1-bedroom, AED 2.96 million for a 2-bedroom and AED 3.24 million for a 3-bedroom. The factsheet's date, February 2026, is taken from the file and is not printed on it.
On the starting price for a studio, that is about AED 2,700 per sq ft on the unit plans' total area (smallest studio, 421.95 sq ft).

BNW's unit plans give each layout a living area, kitchen, bathroom or bathrooms and a balcony, with room dimensions printed alongside. The smallest studio has a 335.73 sq ft suite and a balcony of up to 136.16 sq ft. One-bedroom Type 1 has a suite of about 610 to 616 sq ft with a balcony of 206 to 239 sq ft.
Balconies are generous throughout. One-bedroom Type 4 has a suite of 536.26 to 595.78 sq ft and a balcony of up to 1,563.14 sq ft. The two-bedroom has a suite of 893 sq ft, and the three-bedroom has a suite of about 1,036 sq ft with a 337 sq ft balcony.
