Aqua Arc is a residential development by BNW on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. BNW's architect describes two interconnected blocks drawn from the peaks and valleys of the Jais Mountain landscape, with a podium roof that has openings for cascading water and balconies that follow the rhythm of ocean waves. Each block has a double-height lobby, and the penthouses are described as having 360-degree views.

BNW's factsheet lists 312 homes, from studios to three-bedroom apartments and two townhouses, plus one retail unit. Its brochure floor plans run from the ground floor to level 12. Handover is given as Q3 2027.

BNW's factsheet and trifold listed starting prices by type: AED 1.65 million for a studio, AED 2.23 million for a 1-bedroom, AED 3.57 million for a 2-bedroom, AED 4.45 million for a 3-bedroom and AED 5.94 million for a townhouse. The date, March 2026, is taken from the files and is not printed on them.
On the starting price for a studio, that is about AED 3,300 per sq ft on the area printed on BNW's factsheet (smallest studio, 505.58 sq ft).

BNW's brochure draws a floor plan for every studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layout and prints the room dimensions on each: studios with a pantry, a bathroom and a living and sleeping area, and the larger types with a kitchen, a living and dining area, bedrooms, bathrooms, a PWD room and a balcony. The brochure marks private pools on the terraces of a limited number of units.

BNW's brochure and trifold list an amphitheatre, a rooftop pool, a recreational area, a gym, a kids' splash pad, a barbecue area, steam and sauna facilities, walking trails and beach access. The factsheet adds a multipurpose lawn and a pool bar.
