BNW's factsheet listed starting prices by type: AED 1.63 million for a 1-bedroom, AED 2.76 million for a 2-bedroom and AED 4.96 million for the 3-bedroom. The factsheet's date, April 2025, is taken from the file and is not printed on it.
On the starting price for a 1-bedroom, that is about AED 2,300 per sq ft on the unit plans' total area (smallest 1-bedroom, 729.69 sq ft).

BNW's unit plans give each layout a kitchen, a living and dining area, bedrooms with bathrooms and a balcony. One-bedroom Type A, unit 101, has 754.01 sq ft of suite and a 225.18 sq ft balcony; Type B, unit 103, has 584.70 sq ft of suite and a 144.99 sq ft balcony, with a dress room.
The two-bedroom plans carry 950.99 and 984.68 sq ft of suite with balconies of 306.34 and 285.35 sq ft. The three-bedroom, unit 501 on the fifth floor, has 1,729.33 sq ft of suite and a 507.73 sq ft balcony, with a maid's room and a dress room.

BNW lists a swimming pool, a kids' pool, a modern outdoor gym, a gourmet barbecue area, a seating area, landscaped zones, panoramic beach views and a concierge lobby. The roof plan shows an infinity pool, a kids' pool, a pool deck and an outdoor gym, and the ground-floor plan shows a reception, a lounge and a car lift to the parking.
