Pelagia is a residential tower by BNW on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. BNW's brochure describes a building at the crossroads of two roads, with curved balconies modelled on waves and recessed corners that form terraces. The architect's note adds that the design follows the Indian philosophy of Vastu.

BNW's factsheet lists 160 units, and its floor plans run from the ground floor to a thirteenth floor of penthouses, with a rooftop pool level above. Handover is given as Q4 2027.
Prices
BNW's trifold listed starting prices by type: AED 2.3 million for a 1-bedroom, AED 3.3 million for a 2-bedroom, AED 6.2 million for a 3-bedroom and AED 17.4 million for a 4-bedroom. The trifold's date, April 2026, is taken from the file and is not printed on it; the factsheet, dated August 2025 by its file, prints the same figures.
On the starting price for a 1-bedroom, that is about AED 2,700 per sq ft on BUA (smallest 1-bedroom, 873.60 sq ft).
Homes
BNW's unit plans give every layout a kitchen, a living and dining area, a PWD room and, in most types, dress rooms, with the balcony areas printed alongside. The one-bedroom plans run from Type D, with 784.04 sq ft of suite area and an 89.56 sq ft balcony, to Type E, whose 633.13 sq ft balcony takes the total to 1,405.12 sq ft.
The larger two- and three-bedroom plans carry far more balcony than suite area. Two-bedroom Type J has a suite area of 1,580.79 sq ft and a balcony area of 2,021.89 sq ft. Three-bedroom Type E has 1,671.42 sq ft of suite and 2,343.52 sq ft of balcony. The two penthouses are four-bedroom homes on the thirteenth floor; Penthouse 1 has a suite area of 4,107.29 sq ft and a balcony area of 1,639.77 sq ft.
Amenities
BNW lists a rooftop infinity pool, a rooftop pool bar, a jacuzzi, a ground-floor pool, a kids' pool with splashpad, a gymnasium, steam and sauna, a yoga deck, a zen corner, indoor and outdoor kids' play areas and a gourmet barbecue area. The ground-floor plan adds a lounge, reception, gym changing rooms and a pool deck. The building has multi-level basement parking.
