BNW's factsheet lists 342 units across two towers, and its floor plans run from two basement levels up to a twelfth floor and a roof. Handover is given as Q1 2028.
Prices
BNW's factsheet listed starting prices of AED 1.5 million for a studio, AED 2.7 million for a 1-bedroom, AED 4.6 million for a 2-bedroom and AED 5.6 million for a 3-bedroom. The factsheet prints no date; its file is dated March 2026.
On the studio starting price, that is about AED 3,100 per sq ft on BUA (smallest studio, 489.87 sq ft).
Homes
BNW's unit plans give a suite area, a balcony area and a total for every layout. Studios run from Type 4, with 403.32 sq ft of suite and 86.54 sq ft of balcony, to Type 7, with 710.63 sq ft of suite and 228.73 sq ft of balcony.
Some larger plans carry far more balcony than suite area. One-bedroom Type 16 has 1,144.74 sq ft of suite and 1,932.77 sq ft of balcony. Two-bedroom Type 3 has 1,606.30 sq ft of suite and 3,485.25 sq ft of balcony. Three-bedroom Type 2 has 1,897.03 sq ft of suite and 1,935.67 sq ft of balcony.
BNW's brochure describes the interior scheme as travertine flooring, Calacatta pink marble countertops and antique brass hardware, with oak and walnut furniture.

BNW lists a swimming pool, a jacuzzi lounge, a poolside bar and lounge, an all-day gourmet restaurant, a signature dining restaurant, an outdoor café, a gym and fitness studio, a wellness spa, a zen meditation pavilion, a yoga and serenity lawn, a children's play garden, an interactive kids' splash zone, a private meeting lounge, a banquet venue, an open-air cinema, miniature golf greens and an indoor table tennis lounge. The ground-floor plan marks a lobby with reception and lounge, a prayer room and retail units.
