Aqua Maya is a boutique residential tower by BNW on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. BNW's brochure describes a tower on a landscaped podium with a balcony-led facade that follows the movement of waves, lit at night, in earthy tones. It lists soundproofed walls, humidity-controlled cooling and an individual thermostat in every bedroom.

BNW's factsheet gives the building as two basement levels, a ground floor, nine floors and a roof. It lists 101 units, and handover is given as Q4 2027.
Prices
BNW's factsheet listed starting prices by type: AED 1.78 million for a 1-bedroom, AED 2.75 million for a 2-bedroom, AED 6.37 million for a 3-bedroom and AED 10.68 million for the 4-bedroom. The factsheet's date, October 2025, is taken from the file and is not printed on it; the trifold, dated September 2025 by its file, prints the same figures.
On the starting price for a 1-bedroom, that is about AED 2,600 per sq ft on the unit plans' total area (smallest 1-bedroom, 700.62 sq ft).

BNW's unit plans give every layout a kitchen, a living and dining area, a PWD room and a balcony, with the areas printed alongside. Type B, the smallest one-bedroom, has 540.89 sq ft of suite and a 154.46 sq ft balcony; Type D, the largest, has up to 391.48 sq ft of balcony.
The upper floors carry the larger homes. The two three-bedroom apartments and the four-bedroom apartment are on the ninth floor. Three-bedroom Type A has 1,618.57 sq ft of suite and 2,241.05 sq ft of balcony, and the four-bedroom has 1,950.96 sq ft of suite and 3,128.75 sq ft of balcony.
Amenities
BNW lists an expansive pool, an infinity pool, family seating decks, a poolside lounge, a multipurpose pool deck, a kids' play pavilion, a modern gym, an outdoor barbecue area and a landscaped seating area. The brochure also shows a ground-floor retail area and an entrance lobby with reception.
