La Perla is a boutique residential building on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. BNW's cover describes it as a BNW x Pearl development. The brochure presents a curved, ocean-inspired silhouette in stone, glass and textured finishes, with terraces that step back to open up views, and generous balconies, many with a glass-fronted pool edge.

BNW's factsheet listed starting prices by type: AED 1.7 million for a 1-bedroom, AED 3.1 million for a 2-bedroom and AED 8.1 million for a 3-bedroom. The factsheet's date, March 2026, is taken from the file and is not printed on it; the trifold, with the same file date, prints the same figures.
On the starting price for a 1-bedroom, that is about AED 1,700 per sq ft on the unit plans' total area (smallest 1-bedroom, 1,014.18 sq ft).

The larger homes have balconies that match the suite in scale. Two-bedroom Type 2A has 2,201.54 sq ft of suite and 2,005.32 sq ft of balcony; three-bedroom Type C has 1,972.28 sq ft of suite and 2,381.84 sq ft of balcony.
