Fashion TV Acacia is a residential tower on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, developed by BNW and envisioned with Fashion TV. BNW's brochure describes a fashion-led building, with terraced heights, landscaped courtyards between its wings and views over the sea and gardens.

BNW's brochure gives the building as 59.2 metres tall: two basements, a ground floor, twelve floors, a lower roof and an upper roof. The factsheet counts 229 units, from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom penthouses, and gives handover as Q2 2028.
Prices
BNW's factsheet listed starting prices by type: AED 1.96 million for a 1-bedroom, AED 3.17 million for a 2-bedroom, AED 4.73 million for a 3-bedroom and AED 13.39 million for a 4-bedroom penthouse. The factsheet's date, August 2025, is taken from the file and is not printed on it.
On the starting price for a 1-bedroom, that is about AED 3,400 per sq ft on the unit plans' total area (smallest 1-bedroom, 592.02 sq ft).
Homes
BNW's unit plans give each layout a kitchen, living area, bedroom or bedrooms, bathrooms and a balcony, with room dimensions printed alongside. The smallest one-bedroom has a 592.02 sq ft suite and no balcony.
The larger homes have balconies that rival the suite in scale. The brochure describes the upper levels as expansive four-bedroom duplexes and triplex penthouses, planned for privacy, space and a connection to the island's surroundings.
Amenities
BNW lists an infinity swimming pool, a kids' pool and play area, a gym, a cafe and signature restaurant, a viewing deck with water features, barbecue zones and fire pit corners, landscaped gardens and family seating lounges. The brochure places the pool at the north-east corner above the restaurant, linked to the main tower by a bridge, with the gym above.
