Orvessa Residences by Michel Adam is a residential building by BNW in Al Furjan, Dubai. BNW's brochure describes a sculptural facade that takes its cues from the movement of ocean waves, with generous proportions and clean lines in each home. It lists a rooftop pool, a gym, co-working space and family areas among the amenities.

BNW's factsheet gives the building as 92 units, of which 91 are apartments and one is retail. The DLD register records planned completion for 30 September 2028.
Prices
BNW's factsheet listed starting prices by type: AED 1.27 million for a 1-bedroom, AED 2.28 million for a 2-bedroom and AED 2.82 million for a 3-bedroom. The factsheet's date, April 2026, is taken from the file and is not printed on it; the trifold, dated March 2026 by its file, prints the same figures.
On the starting price for a 1-bedroom, that is about AED 1,800 per sq ft on the unit plans' total area (smallest 1-bedroom, 727.32 sq ft).

BNW's unit plans give each apartment a kitchen, a living and dining area, a powder room, a bath and a balcony, with room sizes printed beside each plan. Type B, the smallest one-bedroom, has a 57.14 sq m suite and a balcony of 10.43 to 10.64 sq m. Type A, the largest, has a 65.75 sq m suite and a balcony of 38.51 to 40.68 sq m.
The two-bedroom suites run from 97.3 sq m (Type A) to 108.1 sq m (Type B). The three-bedroom has a 126.73 sq m suite.

BNW lists a gym, a rooftop pool, a barbecue area, a family seating area, an outdoor lounge, a co-working space, steam and sauna rooms and a kids' play area.
