BNW's brochure gives the building as two basements, a ground floor, 15 floors and a roof, 64.4 m high, with 378 units in all. Its factsheet and trifold give handover as Q1 2029; its villa and mansion brochures give Q4 2028 for those two types.

BNW's factsheet listed starting prices by type: AED 1.69 million for a studio, AED 2.77 million for a 1-bedroom, AED 4.22 million for a 2-bedroom, AED 6.63 million for a 3-bedroom, AED 10.21 million for a penthouse, AED 21.83 million for a villa and AED 46.41 million for a mansion. The factsheet's date, March 2026, is taken from the file and is not printed on it; the trifold, dated February 2026 by its file, prints the same figures, and BNW's villa and mansion brochures repeat the villa and mansion prices.
On the starting price for a studio, that is about AED 4,200 per sq ft on the unit plans' total area (smallest studio, 406.23 sq ft).

BNW's unit plans show studios with a pantry, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment plans add living and dining areas, bedrooms with their own baths, and deep terraces. The plan totals vary by floor, because the same layout repeats with a larger balcony higher up: studio ST-2 runs from 328.08 sq ft of suite with a 78.15 sq ft balcony to the same suite with a 640.45 sq ft balcony.
The villas are laid out over four levels, each with a private pool, and the mansions over four levels with five bedrooms. BNW's brochure describes interiors that pair Italian design with natural textures and metallic accents.

BNW lists a swimming pool, a kids' pool, a barbecue area, a parents' lounge, a gymnasium, a sauna, a yoga area, a children's recreational area, an outdoor cinema and a zen garden. The brochure also shows an indoor spa, an entrance lobby and an access-controlled entrance.
