Riverton House is a residential tower by Ellington Properties in Bukadra, Dubai. Ellington's brochure places it in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, with views over a community lagoon and a community park. The tower stands on a ground floor and four podium levels, with 19 residential floors and a rooftop. The Dubai Land Department registers it as project 4036, one building, and records the construction as under way.
Four apartment types. Ellington's slim brochure lists 87 one-bedroom, 28 two-bedroom, 28 two-bedroom-plus-study and 6 three-bedroom apartments, plus 2 retail units. The floor plans draw ten apartment layouts, from 784.37 sq ft to 1,530.84 sq ft in total living area.
Pool and wellness on the fifth floor. The first residential level carries the amenity deck: an infinity-edge pool with a baja shelf, swing loungers and cabanas, a fitness studio, a yoga studio and floating yoga deck, a wellness studio with sauna, and beauty and treatment rooms.
Lagoon at the foot of the tower. Ellington's ground-floor plan gives the building direct access to the community lagoon, with sun loungers and cabanas on its edge.
Freehold. Ellington's slim brochure states freehold ownership.

The Dubai Land Department register lists Riverton House in Bukadra. Ellington Properties' documents place it in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, and the slim brochure describes a pedestrian-friendly Sikka, access to key road networks and a future metro line. Ellington's location map marks the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary to the north, beyond the E44 Ras Al Khor Road, and the proposed metro line to the south. Its skyline view labels Downtown Dubai, Dubai Design District, Dubai International Financial Centre and Dubai World Trade Centre, with Dubai International Airport to one side and Abu Dhabi to the other.
The same map shows four other Ellington towers in the neighbourhood: Claydon House, The Highgrove, Belmore Residences and Eaton Square.
