Studios to penthouses at DT 1, Downtown Dubai
DT 1 is a residential building by Ellington Properties in Downtown Dubai, printed on the brochure cover as Ellington Collection at Downtown. Ellington's factsheets list studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses. The Dubai Land Department registers the project as number 1797 and records it as completed.
Next to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Ellington's brochure map prints 2 minutes from the building to both, and 2 minutes to the Opera District.
Pools on level 3. Ellington lists a leisure pool and a lap pool on level 3, with a fitness centre, a games room and landscaped lounge areas.
An art gallery on the ground floor. The public art gallery has an open terrace, and the ground floor also holds retail space.
Launch price. Ellington's slim brochure, a file dated March 2019, listed studios from AED 1,179,828. Over the studio's 535.94 sq ft that was about AED 2,300 per sq ft on BUA (smallest studio). The brochure prints no date of its own.
Location
DT 1 is in Downtown Dubai, next to Business Bay. Ellington Properties' brochure describes both neighbourhoods as adjacent, with retail, dining and entertainment, and connected to the city by the Dubai Metro red line and the Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road expressways. The brochure map prints these travel times from the building:
