Ellington's slim brochure lists studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments over a ground floor, two podium levels and 12 floors, with rooftop amenities above. The Dubai Land Department registers the project as number 2417 and records it as completed.
Fifteen layouts. Ellington's floor plans draw one studio, seven one-bedroom layouts and seven two-bedroom layouts. Every plan states an internal living area, an outdoor living area and a total living area. The total runs from 557.25 sq ft for the studio to 1,499.20 sq ft for Two-bedroom Type B1.
Pools on the roof. The rooftop holds an infinity lap pool, a leisure pool, a pool spa, cabanas, and a dining, lounge and barbecue area.
Two schools within four minutes. Ellington's slim brochure gives North London Collegiate School and Hartland International School as four minutes each from the building.
Launch price. Ellington's slim brochure, a file dated April 2022, listed studios from AED 992,828. Over the studio's 557.25 sq ft that was about AED 1,800 per sq ft on BUA (smallest studio). The brochure prints no date of its own.
