Beachfront towers on the Palm Jumeirah crescent
Passo is a residential development by Beyond on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah. Beyond's factsheet describes two sculptural towers rising from two basement levels to landscaped rooftops, set on a plot with a 250 m beachfront and a 40 m wide white sand beach. The floor plans name the towers Avita (Tower A) and Bella (Tower B).
The factsheet describes a terraced, flowing facade inspired by layered stone formations and coastal curves, and a landscaped podium that steps down towards the beach.

The factsheet groups the homes into collections. The Wellness Collection holds one- and two-bedroom homes, each with a private garden and plunge pool opening onto the podium landscape. The Elite Collection offers one- to four-bedroom homes with wide views.
Penthouses and Beach Mansions
The five penthouses sit on the highest floors, at the top of both towers, in four- and five-bedroom layouts across two levels. Each has a private plunge pool, panoramic terraces, a dedicated enclosed parking space and a private lobby with a lift that opens into the home.
The six Beach Mansions are standalone six-bedroom homes inspired by nautical architecture. Beyond's brochure describes an enclosed basement garage for three cars, a private lift, a salon with a clear double height of 6 metres, a show kitchen with a separate preparation kitchen, two dressing rooms and landscaped gardens and an infinity pool.
Amenities
Beyond's factsheet lists an arrival lounge and library, a social club, an experience pool, a family pool, a pool deck, a kids pool, an open lawn, wet lounges, a wellness pavilion and a kids pavilion. It adds a spa, a social deck, a sky pool and deck, and private beach access reserved for residents.
