Three residential towers within Siora, on Dubai Islands
Hado is a residential development by Beyond within Siora, a waterfront district on Island B of Dubai Islands. Beyond describes itself in its own brochure as a real estate brand operating under Omniyat Group. Beyond's factsheet and floor plates set the development across three towers, A, B and C, each rising above a basement and ground floor across 21 residential levels.
Beyond's factsheet gives a total area, internal area plus external area, running from 767.90 sq ft for a one-bedroom home to 4,784.88 sq ft for a four-bedroom duplex, across the collection. Beyond's payment plan asks 10% on booking, a further 40% in seven instalments during construction, and the remaining 50% on completion, which it gives as anticipated by the third quarter of 2029. The Dubai Land Department's project register carries Hado as project number 4210, records 692 units, and gives completion as 30 June 2029. Its site inspection of 16 June 2026 recorded construction at 0.01% complete.
Unit areas by tower
Beyond's individual floor-plan sheets for Tower A and Tower B print an internal area, an external area and a total area for every unit, with the total equal to the internal and external figures added together. Every unit code carries its own tower letter, and the figures below are read from that unit's own sheet, never carried across towers or types.

Beyond's material board lists finishes for the apartments, including a marble kitchen countertop, a stone bathroom vanity countertop, stainless steel metalwork and tiled bathroom and general flooring.

Beyond's brochure and factsheet list a cigar lounge, a chef's kitchen and lounge, an indoor kids' club and an outdoor kids' area, a gym and fitness studio, a yoga studio, a wellness spa, a multipurpose hall, ground-level boutique retail units, landscaped gardens, a lobby lounge and an arrival drop-off with a water feature. Beyond names its amenity-deck pool "The Cove," a raised oval adult pool with a separate dedicated kids' pool.
