Saria is a residential tower by Beyond at Dubai Maritime City, which Beyond's brochure describes as the city's newest sailing and super-yacht destination. The building sits on the Jumeirah coastline with a footprint that extends to the edge of the Marina Promenade, and looks across to the Dubai skyline, the marina and the sea.
The residences range from one bedroom to a four-bedroom penthouse with a private rooftop. Beyond's brochure describes floor-to-ceiling windows 3.1 metres high and wraparound balconies, and an open-air crown at the top of the tower.

Beyond's brochure and factsheet describe a resort-inspired setting. The podium level holds an infinity pool with views across the marina, and an indoor pool looks out over the waterfront. A 3,280 sq ft gymnasium has sea views, and a mid-tower spa offers steam, sauna and ice bath. The list continues with a cinema, a yoga studio, a barbecue and outdoor dining area, a children's play area and a family lounge.
The landscaped entrance spreads across more than 30,100 sq ft. Beyond's brochure also points to the 5-km running track and 7-km cycling trail along the seafront, and to nearby padel courts.
