Talea is a residential tower by Beyond in Dubai Maritime City. Beyond's factsheet places it in a Forest District laid out in the master plan, where Talea will be one of several interconnected towers joined by scenic pathways and surrounded by planted landscape, with views of the Dubai skyline and open sea.
The tower has 45 levels: a ground floor, three podium levels, 40 residential floors and one amenities level. Beyond describes terraces planted with greenery climbing the facade, and biophilic design carried through the interiors.

Beyond's brochure describes floor-to-ceiling windows, furnished kitchens with stone countertops and bespoke cabinetry, and double-height penthouses with private garden terraces.
Amenities
Beyond's factsheet lists an infinity pool with a pool deck, a clubhouse with co-working space, indoor and outdoor fitness studios, BBQ terraces with outdoor dining, an indoor kids play area, a concierge and lobby, and a pick-up and drop-off area. The entrance lobby is double height. Beyond's brochure adds a garden trail connecting the podium to the park, and an event lawn.
