Lillia is a townhouse development by Emaar at The Valley, the master-planned community set along the Dubai–Al Ain Road, between the emirates of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The community is built around townhouses and villas with parks, sports facilities and a Golden Beach, and Lillia sits within it as a cluster of low-rise family homes.

Lillia holds 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses, offered in two designs — Jade and Pearl. 3-bedroom homes range from approximately 2,132 to 2,190 square feet built-up and 4-bedroom homes from approximately 2,777 to 2,988 square feet built-up, with an average plot of 1,485 sq ft for 3-bedroom units and 2,838 sq ft for 4-bedroom units. According to the Dubai Land Department register, construction began in January 2024.
