A COMPLETED TOWNHOUSE ENCLAVE AT THE VALLEY
Eden is a townhouse development by Emaar at The Valley, the master-planned community set along the Dubai–Al Ain Road, between the emirates of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The community is built around townhouses and villas with parks, sports facilities and the Golden Beach, and Eden sits within it as a cluster of low-rise family homes.
Eden holds 3 and 4-bedroom homes in three architectural styles — Spruce, May Bell and Iris. Per the Emaar floor plans, three-bedroom homes run from 1,929 to 2,086 square feet of total area and four-bedroom homes from 2,310 to 2,336 square feet, laid out in 6-, 8-, 9- and 10-unit terraces. Emaar's own documents describe the homes two ways: the community brochure introduces Eden as The Valley's first villa community offering 3 and 4-bedroom villas, while the floor plans for those same homes are labelled townhouses. The layouts are terraced, so this brief treats them as townhouses and notes the developer's own wording rather than choosing between the two.
According to the Dubai Land Department register, construction began in March 2020 and the project reached 100% at DLD inspection on 7 November 2023, so Eden trades on the secondary market rather than off-plan.
