Vindera is a townhouse neighbourhood by Emaar at The Valley, the developer's community on the Dubai–Al Ain Road, built around parks, sports fields, the Golden Beach and a town centre. The neighbourhood comprises 578 townhouses in a mix of 3 and 4-bedroom homes, arranged in four- and six-plex layouts with a choice of façade styles. Based on the Emaar fact sheet, 3-bedroom homes start from a plot of approximately 1,617 square feet and a built-up area of approximately 2,396 square feet, and 4-bedroom homes from a plot of approximately 2,588 square feet and a built-up area of approximately 2,907 square feet, with starting prices from AED 3.07 million.

Emaar has structured the launch around a construction-linked payment plan — a 10% down payment followed by further instalments tied to construction milestones, with the final 20% due on 100% completion, scheduled for December 2029.
