A 26-storey apartment and retail tower in Jumeirah Village Triangle
Winner Tower is a residential and retail building by Object One in District 04 of Jumeirah Village Triangle, Dubai. Object One's brochure gives the configuration as a basement, a ground floor, five podium levels, 20 typical floors and a roof, plus two named ground-floor retail units, Retail 1 and Retail 2. The brochure describes Winner Tower as "a 26-story project" — the same figure the DLD project register gives independently for the building's floor count.
The building holds 136 apartments: 97 one-bedroom, 19 one-and-a-half-bedroom and 20 two-bedroom homes, read from Object One's own unit-mix table. The DLD project register's totalUnits field records 138 for the project — matching Object One's own count of 136 apartments plus the two named retail units exactly.
The Dubai Land Department's live completion tracker records Winner Tower as under construction, 27.84% complete as at 31 July 2026. Object One's own brochure gives an anticipated handover of Q4 2026, consistent with its payment plan's completion-linked instalment, marked for December 2026.
Construction progress
The DLD project register records seven inspections of Winner Tower since construction started. The site was recorded at 0% on two inspections in March 2024, rising to 8.07% by 17 February 2025 and 14.49% by 9 June 2025. The most recent two inspections, on 20 and 21 April 2026, recorded 21.79% and then 22.02% within a single day, and the latest inspection on record, 31 July 2026, put the building at 27.84% complete.
The register also records that construction on Winner Tower started on 15 March 2024, before the project's formal registration on 30 April 2024. The register names Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank as the escrow agent holding buyer payments, under escrow account 19242038, and records the developer as Object One Real Estate Development L.L.C., DLD developer number 1579 — a different registered entity number from the "Obj1 Real Estate Development L.L.C." entity, developer number 1894, that the register carries for Object One's Verdania, Iridian Park 2 and Evergrin projects.

Retail
Object One's brochure and floor plan name two ground-floor retail units, Retail 1 and Retail 2, alongside the residential entrance.
Object One's Arabic-language edition of the brochure carries the same unit-mix table, anticipated handover and service-charge figure as the English edition.
Post-handover payment plan
Object One also offers a post-handover option on Winner Tower, which splits the balance after booking into ten equal instalments running through to September 2028.
