Vistara House 2 is Object One's residential tower on Al Asayel Street in Al Furjan, Dubai, next to its sister building Vistara House. Its brochure describes the building as basement, ground floor, 2 podium levels and 10 residential floors above a roof, with five retail units at ground level. Object One takes the name from the Sanskrit word "Vistara", meaning expansion.

The DLD project register records Vistara House 2 under project number 3766, developed by Obj1 Real Estate Development L.L.C. Construction started on 9 June 2025, ahead of the project's registration on 16 July 2025. As at 4 August 2026, the register recorded construction 2.14% complete. The register names Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank as the escrow agent holding buyer payments, under escrow account 19464778.

Object One's brochure lists 77 apartments across four bedroom counts, plus five ground-floor retail units. The standard payment plan asks 20% at booking and 40% on completion.
