Vistara House is Object One's residential tower on Al Asayel Street in Al Furjan, Dubai. Its brochure describes the building as 2 basements, ground floor, 2 podium levels and 14 residential floors above a roof, with eight retail units at ground level. Object One takes the name from the Sanskrit word "Vistara", meaning expansion, and carries the theme into deep midnight-blue and cosmic-gold interior finishes.

The DLD project register records Vistara House under project number 3448, developed by Object One Real Estate Development L.L.C. Construction started on 20 December 2024, ahead of the project's registration on 6 January 2025. As at 23 July 2026, the register recorded construction 7.01% complete. The register names Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank as the escrow agent holding buyer payments, under escrow account 19346618.

Object One's brochure lists 133 apartments across four bedroom counts, and prices its eight retail units individually from AED 2,353,208. It recorded 1.75% by 28 July 2025, 5.07% by 3 November 2025 and 6.08% by 20 April 2026. The most recent inspection on record, 23 July 2026, put construction at 7.01%.
