An 11-floor apartment tower in Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubailand
Verdania 2 is Object One's residential tower in Wadi Al Safa 5, part of the Dubai Land Residence Complex, Dubai. Object One's brochure describes it as a B+G+11+Roof building — a basement, ground floor, 11 residential floors and a roof amenity level. Counting every one of those levels comes to 14, the same figure the DLD project register gives independently as the building's total floor count. Like its sibling towers, the project carries Object One's "Verdania" name, drawn from verde, the word for green in several languages.
The DLD project register records Verdania 2 under project number 3576, developed by Obj1 Real Estate Development L.L.C. Construction started on 4 June 2025, and the project was registered a week later, on 12 June 2025. As at 18 June 2026, the register recorded construction 9.01% complete. The register names Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank as the escrow agent holding buyer payments, under escrow account 19428092.
Completion is not the same figure in every source. Object One's brochure and payment plan both give Q2 2027, with the final construction instalment dated June 2027. The DLD project register independently records an earlier completion date for this project, 30 March 2027. We publish both dated figures below rather than resolve the difference ourselves.
Construction progress
The DLD project register records four inspections of Verdania 2 since construction started. The register found the site at 0% on its first inspection, 25 February 2025, and still at only 0.12% by 28 July 2025. It recorded 7.16% complete at the inspection of 24 February 2026, rising to 9.01% at the most recent inspection on record, 18 June 2026.

Post-handover payment plan
Object One also offers a post-handover schedule on Verdania 2, carrying the same booking deposit and construction instalments as the standard plan, then splitting the balance across and after completion.

Object One's payment plan states a 4% DLD registration fee plus a fixed AED 5,050 registration charge on both plans.
Amenities
Object One's brochure lists Verdania 2's shared facilities: a lobby, swimming pool, kids' pool, a pool deck with sun loungers, a kids' play room, a gym, a clubhouse and an outdoor BBQ area. The developer's own roof-floor plan lays these out as a family swimming pool and a separate kids' pool with sun loungers, a barbecue area, a clubhouse room, an indoor kids' play area, a gym with a separate sauna, and separate gents' and ladies' changing facilities.
