Apartments in four buildings around green courtyards at Creek Beach, Dubai Creek Harbour
Summer is a residential development by Emaar at Creek Beach, in Dubai Creek Harbour. Emaar's brochure describes a beach-side community with direct access to Creek Beach and the Creek canal and green courtyards at its centre. It follows Emaar's earlier Creek Beach releases Breeze, Sunset and Bayshore, and is aimed at families: the brochure lists an on-site nursery and retail and dining outlets, a 1,200 sq m supermarket steps away and a polyclinic moments away.
The homes are one, two and three-bedroom apartments across four buildings. The brochure describes views of the courtyards and the pedestrian streets. Residents share a community pool and kids' pool, a fully equipped gym, a barbecue area, an outdoor play area and a multi-purpose community room; the brochure notes the pools and gym are shared with residents of Bayshore.
Emaar's floor plans give each home an apartment area and a total area that adds the balcony. One-bedroom apartments have 539.16 to 803.10 sq ft of apartment area and 662.31 to 1,253.24 sq ft in total. Two-bedroom apartments have 893.30 to 980.05 sq ft of apartment area and 983.93 to 1,801.34 sq ft in total. Three-bedroom apartments have 1,323.96 to 1,366.16 sq ft of apartment area and 1,490.70 to 3,019.71 sq ft in total.
