Orchid is a two-building residential development by Emaar at Creek Beach, in Dubai Creek Harbour, along the historic Dubai Creek. Emaar's fact sheet places it at the heart of a family-focused community, set around an inner plaza and footsteps from dining, retail and leisure.
Emaar's fact sheet lists 208 homes: one, two and three-bedroom apartments in a modern design with generous private balconies. The register's description of project 2383 gives the same total, 131 homes in Building 1 and 77 in Building 2. On Emaar's floor plans, total areas including the balcony run from 666.50 sq ft for the smallest one-bedroom to 2,012.00 sq ft for the largest three-bedroom.
The DLD project register records completion on 30 September 2025 for project 2383.
