Two mid-rise apartment buildings at Creek Beach, Dubai Creek Harbour
Surf is a residential development by Emaar at Creek Beach, in Dubai Creek Harbour. Emaar's brochure describes it as the last mid-rise cluster on the west edge of Creek Beach, steps from the beach and the water canal and next to the Vida hotel. It places a plaza with a water feature a few steps away, opening onto the waterfront promenade.
The DLD project register describes two buildings: Building 1 of ground, mezzanine and seven floors, and Building 2 of ground, mezzanine and nine floors, each with a roof. Emaar's brochure says each building has one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
Emaar's floor plans, which cover both buildings, give each home an apartment area and a total area that adds the balcony or terrace. One-bedroom apartments have 541.96 to 643.47 sq ft of apartment area and 678.56 to 912.89 sq ft in total. Two-bedroom apartments have 896.74 to 913.10 sq ft of apartment area and 987.16 to 1,601.45 sq ft in total. Three-bedroom apartments have 1,332.79 to 1,366.80 sq ft of apartment area and 1,491.99 to 1,526.00 sq ft in total.
The DLD project register records construction from 24 September 2019 and completion on 7 March 2023 for project 2168.
