Vida Residences Creek Beach is a residential tower by Emaar at Creek Beach, in Dubai Creek Harbour. Emaar's brochure describes a 33-storey Vida-branded high-rise on the beach, adjoining the Vida hotel. It places the homes steps away from the beach and Creek Marina and their waterfront dining, retail and entertainment.

The brochure lists hotel services and exclusive rates at the Vida hotel, and a private courtyard for residents.

The tower holds one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Emaar's floor plans give each home a suite area and a total area that adds the balcony. One-bedroom homes run from 695.03 to 762.52 sq ft in total, two-bedroom homes from 1,168.53 to 1,787.02 sq ft and three-bedroom homes from 1,968.72 to 3,132.41 sq ft. The largest are the two three-bedroom layouts on level 27, with balconies of 1,261.21 and 1,261.42 sq ft. The three-bedrooms on levels 28 to 33 have a 123.68 sq ft balcony and total 1,968.72 to 1,984.44 sq ft.

The DLD project register records construction from 23 September 2019 and a 100% construction inspection on 15 May 2023 for project 2174.
