Lotus is a residential development by Emaar at Creek Beach, in Dubai Creek Harbour, along the historic Dubai Creek. Emaar's brochure describes four apartment buildings set around an inner plaza, a family-friendly residential cluster minutes from Creek Beach and close to Dubai's main business, shopping and entertainment destinations.
Emaar's massing plan gives the four buildings their heights: Building 1 is ground plus mezzanine plus six floors, Building 2 ground plus mezzanine plus eleven, Building 3 ground plus mezzanine plus ten and Building 4 ground plus mezzanine plus seven. The DLD project register's description of project 2377 gives the same four. The homes are one, two and three-bedroom apartments. The brochure describes expansive windows and balconies that bring in natural light, in a contemporary design.
Emaar's floor plans give each home an apartment area and a total area that adds the balcony or terrace. One-bedroom apartments have 547.88 to 626.67 sq ft of apartment area and 666.08 to 1,182.85 sq ft in total. Two-bedroom apartments have 904.38 to 928.06 sq ft of apartment area and 1,041.08 to 1,848.48 sq ft in total. Three-bedroom apartments have 1,345.81 to 1,347.53 sq ft of apartment area and 1,457.86 to 2,252.67 sq ft in total.
