Vida-branded residences in Green Gate, Dubai Creek Harbour
Montiva by Vida is a branded residential development by Emaar in the Green Gate district of Dubai Creek Harbour, along the historic Dubai Creek. Emaar's fact sheet gives the community 7.4 million square metres with 500,000 square metres of parks and communal spaces, and places Montiva in the Green Gate district, surrounded by green spaces. It describes Green Gate Park as a landscaped park with multi-sport courts, a pump track and playgrounds.
Emaar's fact sheet lists 474 branded residences: 234 one-bedroom, 193 two-bedroom and 47 three-bedroom homes, with park or skyline views and interiors in the Vida style. The DLD project register's description of project 3744 gives the same 474 residential units. BUA runs from 755 sq ft for the smallest one-bedroom to 1,911 sq ft for the largest three-bedroom. Emaar lists a gym, a multipurpose hall and a landscaped podium deck with pools and a play area, and a clinic within the community.
The same fact sheet, in a file dated August 2025, gives a starting price of AED 1.91 million for a one-bedroom and AED 4.01 million for a three-bedroom home.
The payment plan is 80/20: 80% during construction and 20% on 100% construction completion, which Emaar estimates for September 2029.
