Sky Level 1 is Object One's residential tower in District 11 of Jumeirah Village Circle, named for the Orion constellation. The building is configured as two basements, ground floor, five parking floors, three office floors, 35 residential floors, a mezzanine and a roof, with six retail units at ground level, offices on the first to third floors, apartments on floors 4 to 15 and 17 to 39, and a sky deck with an infinity pool on floor 16.
The DLD project register lists the building as project #4486, under construction, with a start date of 10 August 2026 and an end date of 28 February 2029. Its inspection of 13 May 2026 recorded 0%. Object One's floor plans carry one-bedroom types 01 to 23. Suite areas sit between 432.17 and 455.42 sq ft in every plan; the difference in total area comes from the balcony. Fourth-floor balconies run from 112.27 to 288.80 sq ft, the typical floors 5 to 15 and 18 to 39 carry balconies of 140.79 to 162.64 sq ft, and the 17th-floor plans range from 98.06 to 292.89 sq ft.

Object One's brochure lists a residential lobby and a retail lobby, a pool with a pool deck and sun loungers, a kids' pool, a kids' play room, an outdoor kids' play area, a gym, an outdoor CrossFit area, a BBQ area, an outdoor lounge, prayer rooms, an office terrace, and on floor 16 a sky deck with a sky infinity pool and a sky observation deck. The brochure also describes an interactive digital colouring wall for children, an AI fitness studio and a keyless smart-lock entry system for the apartments.
