The DLD project register lists the building as project #3764, under construction, with a start date of 4 August 2025 and an end date of 1 February 2027. Its inspection of 17 August 2026 recorded 32.82% complete. Iridian Park 2 is the separate second phase.

Object One's floor plans carry seven studio types, one-bedroom types A to W, one-and-a-half-bedroom types A to I and two-bedroom types A to F. The ground-floor homes open onto private gardens. A Signature Collection of larger homes sits on the fourth floor, where the one-bedroom balconies run from about 390 to 430 sq ft and the two-bedroom plan totals 1,610.50 sq ft. The largest two-bedroom, a Signature Collection home on the ground floor, totals 1,863.34 sq ft with a 922.25 sq ft balcony.
