Emaar's brochure shows each type in two designs, Contemporary and Modern, and draws each design from the street and from the garden. On the floor plans the three-bedroom home has a total area of 2,266 sq ft, the four-bedroom 2,418 or 2,471 sq ft depending on the cluster type, and the five-bedroom 2,726 sq ft.

The DLD project register records construction from 10 October 2017 and 100% construction at its inspection of 25 November 2020.
