Emaar's fact sheet lists 51 five-bedroom villas in two styles, Classic and Modern. Classic villas have a built-up area of 9,918 sq ft on plots of 6,986 to 8,997 sq ft. Modern villas have a built-up area of 10,372 sq ft on plots of 6,983 to 10,805 sq ft. Each villa is designed with a provision for an elevator.

The payment plan Emaar issued at launch was 80/20: 80% during construction and 20% on 100% construction completion, which Emaar estimated for June 2026. The DLD project register records completion on 30 June 2026 for project 2423.
