Six-bedroom golf-course villas with Automobili Lamborghini-inspired interiors at Dubai Hills Estate
Dubai Hills Vista is a gated collection of villas by Emaar on the golf course at Dubai Hills Estate, designed with interiors inspired by Automobili Lamborghini. Emaar's brochure describes 40 six-bedroom villas whose private roof lounges look over the golf course towards Burj Khalifa, a few steps from their garden plots.
The villas come in four collections, per Emaar's brochure: 15 V8 villas, 12 V10, 9 V12 and 4 V12i. The brochure lists ensuite bathrooms, three parking bays and a rooftop lounge, and gives each collection direct access to the golf course. Owners can choose to furnish the villa with Lamborghini-inspired furniture.
Emaar's floor plans give each collection a suite area, a garage, a terrace and a balcony, a total area and a total BUA. Built-up areas run from 12,626.07 sq ft for a V10 villa to 14,436.77 sq ft for a V12i.
Emaar's floor plans and brochure set out the limits of the brand partnership. Automobili Lamborghini's involvement is limited to concepts for the interior design and the supply of certain Lamborghini products provided by Emaar to purchasers, and owners are not authorised to use the Automobili Lamborghini trademarks.
The payment plan Emaar issued at launch was 70/30: 70% up to 100% construction completion, which Emaar's payment plan estimated for November 2024, and 30% after completion.
