Emerald Hills is a collection of residential plots by Emaar at Dubai Hills Estate. Emaar's brochure describes it as an opportunity to build a one-of-a-kind home around the 18-hole championship golf course.

The brochure says Emerald Hills has plots for admirers of classical architecture and for those who prefer a modern design, and it shows images of the preferred architectural style for the villas to be built there. Its photographs, all taken in Dubai Hills Estate, show views of Parkway Vistas, Hills Grove, the golf course and Burj Khalifa.
The brochure's Phase 1 map names Golf Place, Parkway Vistas and the Dubai Hills golf course.
