Golf Grove is a villa neighbourhood by Emaar at Dubai Hills Estate. Emaar's brochure describes it as family-oriented, surrounded by parks and the fairways of the Dubai Hills golf course.
The villas have three or four bedrooms and come in three architectural styles, each with a private rooftop terrace. Emaar's brochure describes the Eames three-bedroom as a modern villa with deep inset walls, glazing and shadow-casting window screens. The Savoye three-bedroom is contemporary, with an emphasis on the mass of the building for a compact, clean-cut look. The Aalto four-bedroom is a modern villa with clean lines, a simple material palette and panoramic views.
Emaar's floor plans draw each style as two layouts, TH01 and TH02. Total areas, covering suite, garage, entry and balcony, run from 2,910.99 sq ft for an Eames three-bedroom to 3,368.46 sq ft for the Aalto four-bedroom. The rooftop terrace is stated separately: 549.83 sq ft on the three-bedroom villas and 590.29 sq ft on the Aalto.
