Golf Suites is a residential building by Emaar at Dubai Hills Estate. Emaar's brochure places it on the main boulevard, with views of the meadows and palm trees of the Dubai Hills golf course, and lists one, two and three-bedroom apartments, each with a balcony.
The brochure describes large windows and deep balconies, and apartments planned in efficient, rectilinear rooms. Residents have an infinity pool and an on-site gym.
Emaar's floor plans schedule the homes on a podium level and levels 1 to 18, with a suite area, a terrace or balcony area and a total area for each unit. One-bedroom homes run from 610.31 to 935.71 sq ft in total, two-bedroom homes from 1,110.84 to 1,347.54 sq ft and three-bedroom homes from 1,687.56 to 1,712.75 sq ft. The DLD project register's description of project 2098 gives a basement, ground, podium, 18 floors and a roof, residential with retail.
The DLD project register records construction from 17 January 2019 and completion on 14 December 2022.
