Four to six-bedroom villas at Dubai Hills Estate
Golf Place Terraces is a villa cluster by Emaar at Dubai Hills Estate. Emaar's fact sheet lists 128 four, five and six-bedroom villas in contemporary, elegant and modern architectural designs, with no back-to-back villas and 55% of the cluster as open space.
The fact sheet names a sky lounge, three car parks and extra storage. Selected villas include a powder room, a guest room with an en-suite bathroom, a maid's room, a utility room, a back-of-house kitchen and a show kitchen, family and formal living areas, a recreation room and terraces.
Emaar's floor plans draw 16 villa layouts. Total areas, covering suite, garage, entry and terrace, and balcony, run from 5,371 sq ft for the smallest four-bedroom layout to 11,360 sq ft for the largest six-bedroom. Each layout also has a roof terrace, stated separately. The fact sheet gives plot sizes from 7,761 sq ft to 13,728 sq ft.
Emaar's payment plan at launch spread the price over 15 payments, the last six in the 24 months after completion, and gave December 2023 as the estimated completion date.
