Belgravia Heights I is a freehold residential building by Ellington Properties in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. Ellington's materials describe studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments above a ground floor and podium levels, with a swimming pool, a fitness and games centre and a roof terrace. The Dubai Land Department registers the project as number 2011 and records it as completed.
Thirteen layouts. Ellington's floor plans draw two studios, eight one-bedroom layouts and three two-bedroom layouts. Every plan states a suite area, a balcony area and a total sellable area. The total runs from 405.69 sq ft to 1,128.70 sq ft.
Pool and roof terrace. The amenity plans place a swimming pool, a kids' pool and a pool terrace at the club level, and a garden, a roof deck and a yoga retreat on the roof.
Launch price. Ellington's factsheet, a file dated January 2019, listed studios from AED 460,000. Over the smallest studio's 405.69 sq ft that was about AED 1,200 per sq ft on total sellable area. The factsheet prints no date of its own.
