Studio Type G is the largest studio and the only layout on the plans with no external area.
Ellington's specification gives the kitchen integrated appliances, two-tone laminate cabinets, quartz countertops and an island. Bathrooms have white woven wall tile, porcelain floors and a walk-in shower. The fact sheet also lists porcelain flooring with a hardwood effect, fitted wardrobes and walk-in closets, and a central chiller plant for air conditioning.
