Areas as printed on Ellington Properties' Harrington House floor plans. The smallest layout is Studio Type B (332.50 sq ft internal, 49.30 sq ft outdoor, 381.80 sq ft total). The largest is Two-Bedroom Type G (1,132.04 sq ft internal, 808.80 sq ft outdoor, 1,940.84 sq ft total).
Ellington's fact sheet lists living-room and bedroom ceiling heights of about 3.2 metres and bathroom ceilings of 2.4 metres. Every apartment has a balcony or outdoor area on its plan. Two-bedroom Types G and H1 carry the largest outdoor areas, 808.80 and 551.33 sq ft.
Ellington's specification lists fitted wardrobes in every apartment. The kitchen has built-in appliances, a closed pantry, tip-out trays under the sink, a stacked microwave and oven, black mosaic wall tiles and sintered stone countertops. Bathrooms have wall mosaics, chrome mixers and a walk-in shower with a glass door.
