Oakley Square Residences is a residential development in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. Ellington Properties' brochure says Ellington developed it in partnership with Sol Properties. The brochure describes 269 residential units, studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, set around lawns and open space in two buildings with a basement, a ground floor and four residential floors. The Dubai Land Department registers it as project 2304 and records it as completed.
Twenty-five layouts. Ellington's floor plans draw three studios, 16 one-bedroom layouts and six two-bedroom layouts. Every plan states an internal living area, an outdoor living area and a total living area. The total runs from 414.63 sq ft for Studio Type 3 to 1,516.53 sq ft for Two-bedroom Type 5.
A courtyard pool. The brochure describes a leisure pool and a lap pool with a baja shelf, sun loungers, cabanas and a pool spa, lit under water after dusk.
A padel court and a cinema room. Both sit on the first floor, with a games table zone and an outdoor terrace.
Two minutes to Circle Mall. Ellington's brochure prints 2 minutes to Circle Mall and 7 minutes to Dubai Hills Mall.

Two-bedroom, 56 homes. Six layouts. Type 5 is the largest at 1,516.53 sq ft, with a 519.90 sq ft outdoor area.

Ellington Properties' amenities plans set out the shared facilities on two levels.
The ground floor holds the main entrance, two lobbies with reception and lounge areas, lift lobbies, electric vehicle charging stations, bicycle parking, and parking for people of determination.
The first floor holds a landscape area, an outdoor lounge area, a games table zone, a padel tennis court, an outdoor terrace, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, male and female change rooms, a cinema room, a leisure pool, a lap pool, a pool spa, a baja shelf, sun loungers, cabanas, a shaded barbecue area, an outdoor dining area, a shaded kids' pool, an outdoor shower, a family bathroom and an outdoor kids' play area.
