Belgravia Square is a freehold residential community by Ellington Properties in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. Ellington's brochure counts 225 studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments across the development, and the Dubai Land Department register, checked 8 October 2026, records the project as completed, at 100% on its inspection of 8 November 2023.
Its brochure shows lobbies with sculptures by local artists, a resident lounge with a pool table and a TV lounge.
Home sizes
Ellington's floor plans give every layout an internal living area and an outdoor living area, and print the two added together as the total living area. Across the 30 layouts, the studios run from 475.76 to 539.38 sq ft in total living area, the one-bedroom layouts from 773.60 to 1,666.36 sq ft, and the two-bedroom layouts from 1,098.13 to 2,369.03 sq ft.
The widest spread is in the outdoor space. Layout 1B-A.1.1 has 743.68 sq ft inside and 29.92 sq ft outside, while 1B-D1 has 761.55 sq ft inside and 904.81 sq ft outside. Among the two-bedroom layouts, 2B-A1.1 has 1,069.61 sq ft inside and 28.52 sq ft outside, and 2B-G has 1,034.20 sq ft inside and 1,334.83 sq ft outside. Layout 1B-E has no outdoor area.
