Apartments and duplexes in City Walk
City Walk Crestlane 4 is a residential development by Meraas in City Walk, Dubai. Meraas's Project Briefing describes it alongside a second tower, Crestlane 5, as low-rise buildings set within landscaped parks and water features on Al Wasl Road, fronted by Al Multaqa Street and 13th Street. Crestlane 4 and Crestlane 5 are separate Dubai Land Department registrations, each with its own escrow account; this brief covers Crestlane 4 alone.
The Dubai Land Department's project register records Crestlane 4 as registered on 23 December 2025, with construction starting on 25 February 2026. As at 12 June 2026 the register recorded the project 0.01% complete. The register holds Crestlane 4's escrow account with First Abu Dhabi Bank, separately from Crestlane 5's own escrow account with a different bank.
The mix runs from one to four-bedroom apartments to duplexes. Meraas's own count for Crestlane 4 puts the largest group at 89 one-bedroom homes, with two-bedroom apartments offered with and without a maid's room, three and four-bedroom apartments, and two duplex types. The Dubai Land Department's project register records 204 total units for the project.
Meraas's price sheet, in a file dated November 2025, gives a starting price of AED 2.7M for a one-bedroom apartment. The same sheet prices a two-bedroom apartment from AED 3.4M, a two-bedroom with maid's room from AED 4.7M, a three-bedroom from AED 7.4M, a four-bedroom from AED 17.6M and a duplex from AED 17.9M. The payment schedule asks 20% on booking, a further 55% across six instalments during construction, and 25% on handover. Meraas's own estimate for construction completion is April 2030, which matches the completion date recorded by the Dubai Land Department's project register.
