City Walk Crestlane 1 is a Meraas residential project in City Walk, Dubai. It is made up of two mid-rise towers, Tower A and Tower B, set around the community's water features and park, with 1 to 3-bedroom apartments, 4-bedroom duplexes and 5-bedroom penthouses.
The Dubai Land Department register records the project as City Walk Crestlane 1, with 202 units in two buildings, under construction at 0.19% as at 3 August 2026 and with a completion date of 30 September 2029.
The homes
Meraas's brochure describes 1 to 3-bedroom apartments looking over the park, the water features or the city, with the larger 3-bedroom homes having double-height living areas that open onto private terraces. The 4-bedroom duplexes have double-height living areas, terraces opening onto the park and a private lift from a designated parking space. The 5-bedroom penthouses have a private pool deck and a private lift. The towers share a drop-off and a double-height lobby.

Meraas's price and payment-plan sheet listed starting prices of AED 2.62 million for a 1-bedroom, AED 3.29 million for a 2-bedroom, AED 4.44 million for a 2-bedroom with maid's room, AED 5.77 million for a 3-bedroom, AED 16.67 million for a 4-bedroom and AED 33.88 million for a 5-bedroom. The sheet prints no date; the file is dated June 2025.
At AED 2.62 million over the smallest 1-bedroom's 788.56 sq ft, the 1-bedroom starting price worked out at about AED 3,400 per sq ft on total area (suite plus balcony).
