Apartments across two towers in Trade Centre
Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers is a two-tower residential development by Meraas in Trade Centre, Dubai. Meraas's Brochure describes Jumeirah Residences as a serviced residential brand and presents this project as the work of Meraas and Jumeirah Residences together. The Dubai Land Department's project register and Meraas's Project Briefing agree on 754 homes: 394 in Tower A and 360 in Tower B. The register records a shared four-level basement beneath the two towers.
The mix runs from one-bedroom apartments through two and three-bedroom homes to two double-height types, a three-bedroom and a four-bedroom. Meraas gives each unit type a minimum and a maximum total area. One-bedroom homes run from 861 to 898 sq ft.
Meraas's Tower B price sheet, in a file dated June 2025, gives a starting price of AED 3.94M for a one-bedroom apartment, rising to AED 36.7M for a four-bedroom home. The same sheet sets out a 60/40 payment plan: 20% on booking, a further 40% across six instalments during construction, and 40% on handover. Meraas's own estimate for construction completion is August 2030.
