Amenities at VELA Viento
Omniyat separates the amenities into the sky deck, the podium and the wider Marasi Bay community.
Sky amenities, Level 21
The full-floor amenity deck on Level 21, 100 metres high, holds the following according to Omniyat:
- An infinity-edge pool of 26 by 11 metres, with a sun shelf, a lounging deck and private cabanas.
- A double-height gym of 2,468 sq ft, zoned for cardio, strength and functional training, with a free-weights area and virtual personal training.
- A yoga studio of 1,200 sq ft with 6-metre floor-to-ceiling windows.
- Sun decks and lounge areas.
Podium amenities
On the podium levels Omniyat lists an indoor lap pool of 23 by 6 metres with a 5 by 3 metre children's pool beside it, a private spa with a treatment room, sauna and steam room, and a zen garden connected to the pool and spa. A 640 sq ft cinema has 12 reclining seats. The list continues with executive meeting suites, a residents' lounge, a children's room, a cafe on the promenade and a golf-car service to VELA and The Lana.
Sunset Park and the Marasi Bay promenade
Omniyat describes Sunset Park as a 30,000 sq ft central green space on a private floating island, open to residents of VELA, VELA Viento and The Lana. The brochure lists a pet-friendly area, picnic lawns, private dining spaces with a chef's kitchen, meditation gardens and yoga terraces. The factsheet adds a private jetty drop-off, an indoor multi-purpose and co-working space, a padel court, a children's play area, a barbecue area, a terraced viewing platform and a lawn for pop-up events.
The brochure also describes Marasi Bay Island as the newest addition to the destination, with a beach club. The community page of the brochure also lists an art trail, a signature pavilion, landscaped connectivity, outdoor dining spaces and a marina yacht club, and a waterfront promenade gives residents direct access along the bay.
Access to neighbouring facilities
Omniyat's brochure says VELA Viento owners can use the nearby VELA facilities, and that a membership programme gives entry to the facilities at The Lana hotel. A walkway along the Marasi Bay promenade links the buildings, and the brochure lists a golf-buggy service along it. It adds that a yacht can be arranged to collect residents directly from the jetty.

Location
Omniyat places VELA Viento at the centre of its plan for Marasi Bay, beside the Dubai Canal and the Marasi Marina. The brochure's location page gives these journey times from the tower. It does not state the mode of travel.
